I acquired a device and the software is extremely disappointing. The worst part is that all settings are lost when the device is turned off or the battery dies, necessitating the re-saving of all your stations. The interface is also confusing and not user-friendly, particularly regarding long vs short presses. A single mistake can wipe out all your settings and saved stations. Planning a trip? You'll need someone to keep an eye on it to avoid battery depletion (it lasts about two days on standby). I reached out to the support team and received a generic response indicating it’s a feature, not a bug, and that they would notify me of any software updates. That was almost a year ago, and I’m skeptical that any update will come. The flaws make the product nearly unusable, prompting me to replace this costly radio/speaker with a much cheaper one that works flawlessly and retains saved stations when powered off. It's disappointing, as these issues seem easily fixable, yet it appears no one cares.
