Frustrating software and experience

I bought a device, and the software is incredibly poor. The most frustrating part is that all settings are lost when the device powers off or the battery dies, forcing you to re-save all stations. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly, especially when distinguishing between long and short presses. A single mistake can erase all settings and saved stations. Planning a vacation? You’ll need someone to monitor it to avoid battery depletion (it lasts about two days on standby). I contacted the support team and received a generic response claiming this is a feature, not a bug, and they would notify me of any software updates. That was nearly a year ago, and I doubt an update will ever come. The issues make the product nearly unusable, leading me to replace this expensive device with a much cheaper alternative that works flawlessly and retains saved stations when powered off. It’s disappointing, as these problems seem easily fixable, yet it feels like no one is concerned.

Deceptive delivery experience

I ordered a record player through the company, as confirmed in my order confirmation. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the delivered item was not what I had ordered. The packaging had clearly been altered, with the original model number covered up. I contacted the company multiple times via email to report this issue, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. I even left a review on their site, but it was never posted...

Extremely poor customer support

Extremely disappointing. Customer support is practically nonexistent. I did not expect this level of service from such a company; they do not respond to emails, and despite numerous calls, I received no assistance.

Website purchasing process is frustratingly slow

The website is quite slow. There’s a long wait for loading even with a fast broadband connection. It becomes significantly worse when trying to navigate the purchasing process, which halts completely when I attempt to proceed to payment. I'm using a popular browser, by the way.

Terrible experience, avoid!

Terrible! An item was sent via a third party without any communication, tracking, or updates. I emailed and received no response. Their customer service number just rings and goes to voicemail. Now I have to deal with the third party to get my money back, which is frustrating.

Mixed experience with returns

Goods arrived damaged. I emailed the company but received no clear response, so I left a negative review. I later found out that another entity handles customer responses. I discovered the returns procedure and label in my junk folder. I sent the goods back for a refund and will update my review based on the final outcome. I received my refund, and once I knew to look for the other entity in my emails, the process was smooth. Special thanks to the representative who managed everything efficiently.

Great product, but customer support lacks

Great product, but the customer service is lacking. I purchased a well-built Bluetooth speaker on wheels, expecting it to last, but it stopped connecting to devices. Customer service showed little interest once they learned I was outside of warranty and hadn’t bought directly from them. The company was not willing or able to assist with repairs or spare parts. Only buy if you’re okay with a disposable product. I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
