The website ad said I would be able to see and compare rates between various lenders. They collected all my information (name, address, phone number, birthdate) and then showed me a list of lenders whom they said may be calling me soon to tell me about their products.
Suddenly, my phone started blowing up with incoming phone calls. I never did get to see or compare anything at all. Total bait and switch! Very disgruntled.
