The website ad said I would be able to see and compare rates between various lenders. They collected all my information (name, address, phone number, birthdate) and then showed me a list of lenders whom they said may be calling me soon to tell me about their products.
Suddenly, my phone started blowing up with incoming phone calls. I never did get to see or compare anything at all. Total bait and switch! Very disgruntled.
At 65 years old, I struggle with technology and found myself overwhelmed with paperwork. The support team was exceptionally helpful and patient, guiding me through the entire process with ease. Despite my initial embarrassment, they made me feel comfortable and confident. I truly appreciate their understanding and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a loan, especially since their interest rates were much lower than others I explored. Then the calls and texts started. My phone has been nearly unusable for two days due to constant interruptions. I've blocked 36 different numbers from one company alone. I don’t understand it. Even if they had great rates, I would never engage with companies that spam potential clients so aggressively. They are just one of several that began bombarding me with calls and texts within minutes of my submission. I can't tell if any were real people, and I see no way to withdraw my inquiry or stop the harassment.
Decent but lacking. They primarily collect your information and send it to lenders who request it again, provide an approval letter, then keep asking for more info without real approval. Afterward, you get overwhelmed by affiliates with actual offers. I wouldn't recommend.

The speed of loan approval was impressive. From the application to document submission, linking my bank account, and taking pictures of my ID and pay stub, it all happened within 5 hours. However, the funds haven't been deposited yet. The email indicated that the money would arrive in 2-4 days.
