Great remortgage experience with Lendinvest and particularly Tom. It took me a few calls to get put through to someone but once I was through Tom assisted really well, got me onto a new 2yr fix and talked me through making an overpayment to balance the face they dont offer repayment as a method. All in all I have been impressed with the lendinvest service. We’ve had a B2L with them for 5 years now.

Have two BTL mortgages with Lendinvest and have just moved products and renewed, Tom our Retention Specialist was proactive, thorough and very quick to respond which made (what can be) a laborious process very quick and easy. Highly recommend
I have a large sum invested with Lendinvest earning 1% . Out of 11 investments only one is on target with 3 today returning a loss and others in arrears or out of term. They do not keep you updated on investments and their pursuit of bad debt is woeful.
Another day same old Lendinvest. Lose your money and ignore calls. This time they offer meetings with the fund Managing Director and CEO Rod. Let me tell you they then just ignore the confirmations. They are a disgrace of a PLC. Lie all the time and just to cover their backs. Unless you want to lose your capital invest elsewhere. They are cowboys in the worse sense. Sad how JPM and UBP can invest with them. I have raised my complaints with both banks as they should be aware of the things going on here.
