This is the WORST experience I have EVER had!! THEY ARE RUINING PEOPLE'S FINANCES. First of all, my most recent qualm is them double charging me. Their system DOES NOT notify you via email when your payment is PENDING. I paid my loan on a Friday October 3rd. My co-signer and I got a notification on the 7th that I had not paid yet and my loan was delinquent. I go to the account and the payment from the 3rd IS NOT NOTED ANYWHERE. I make the payment AGAIN. THEY TOOK BOTH PAYMENTS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!! MIND YOU, my loan payment is $943. NINE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS. AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE. To make matters WORSE, I called and they told me I could apply it to the loan or get a refund. I requested a refund. They STILL have not refunded me, I have no email about it or anything. I am LIVID! ON TOP OF THAT, I only get paid once a month on the last day of the month and my payment is on the 15th. I have requested to have it changed, but I have to clear the $943 twice in the month before I can change it. I have HAD IT! I have a whole $79,000 before I can even get rid of them because no other company will take that big of a loan. Thank goodness I have my cosigner to advocate for me!
