I strongly advise against purchasing a home from this builder. We've faced three significant issues that should be covered by the warranty, but they’ve done nothing to help. Our dryer keeps tripping the breaker, and they claim it's our responsibility to fix it. We also can’t charge our electric car due to a faulty outlet they installed. Lastly, our backyard flooded because the drains aren’t functioning properly. The company deflects responsibility and offers no solutions. I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of support.
