We bought a home in 2023, and within a year, the heater failed. Now, just over two years later, it’s broken again, and they refuse to repair it since it’s slightly out of warranty. They also installed a booster pump that leaked and caused wall damage, but again, they won't take responsibility. After discussing with neighbors, it seems many are facing similar issues, indicating a broader problem with their workmanship. I cannot recommend this builder.
