During my communication with the company, I was verbally assured that if these fixes did not solve the problems, I could return the laptop for a refund. Based on that reassurance — after weeks of waiting for delivery and dealing with a faulty device — I felt I had no choice but to buy a replacement laptop elsewhere to continue working. The company eventually agreed to the return and refund. I followed their instructions and returned the laptop with tracked delivery. However, more than a month later, I have only received a partial refund of £100, with the rest still outstanding. What has been most frustrating is how hard it has been to get any help since then. My case was closed without completing the refund, there is no clear email contact for complaints, and attempts at chat support often end without resolution. I have been repeatedly told that the device is being moved internally, but that does not help when waiting for a refund. Overall, this experience has left me feeling exhausted and unsupported as a customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing directly from the company, as resolving issues and obtaining refunds has been far more difficult than expected.
