Lenovo UK support provides an extremely poor level of service, even for Premium Care subscribers. They neglect core responsibilities, closing tickets without resolution as quickly as possible - whether it's a simple question or technical issue.

Service feels fraudulent: No actual support despite paid Premium Care. They insist on disruptive phone calls midday (ignoring explicit email‑only requests), wasting professional time.

Hardware unknown, but support is unreliable garbage. Avoid Lenovo entirely, issues will be unsolvable, even with "premium" extras.

I retrun it back on 15/01/26 thill today i have not received my refund. when I call then so called customer care they say its still not reached in Netherland wharehouse due to weather condition. The customer care team does not care about heir customer at all.

This company services are extraordinary! What I mean is this:
1. Poduct documentation is incomplete and misleading. You cannot rely on it when you make buying choice. The most usefull information is usually hidden deep or not disclosed at all.
2.Sales and Tech support agents are either incompetent or irresposible. Do not rely on what they tell you about product features. It is usually wrong.
3. Tech support is ONLY available by phone. You can hardly hear them through noises and heavy accent. Not to mention that it takes enormous time to explain even simple things.
4. Their 1 year tech support they offer you at the time of purchase is absolutely useless as they cannot answer even simplest questions about product features or issues.
5. Their product return process is mirky and lengthy and you cannot be sure upfront that you'll be able to return
6. Because of all that I cannot recommend to do business with them as cultural differences are still pretty high

Package never delivered, lost by the courier.

The item never arrived and was lost with the courier. Neither the company nor the courier has provided a solution. The company has taken my payment, acknowledges that the item hasn’t been delivered, and yet retains the funds. My only option now is to initiate a chargeback. It's disappointing that a well-known brand behaves no better than a questionable seller. I will not use this company's products again.

This has been a truly frustrating and disheartening ordeal. I ordered a laptop directly from the company, which arrived late and had issues from the very beginning. The support team later confirmed that certain procedures had not been completed before the device was dispatched. Although updates and fixes were implemented, the laptop failed to perform as anticipated. During my communications with the company, I was verbally assured that if these fixes did not resolve the problems, I could return the laptop for a refund. Relying on that assurance — after waiting weeks for delivery and dealing with a defective device — I felt compelled to buy a replacement laptop from another seller to continue my work. Eventually, the company agreed to the return and refund. I returned the laptop following the company’s own guidelines with tracked delivery. However, over a month later, I have only received a partial refund of £100, with the rest still pending. What has been most distressing is the difficulty in obtaining assistance since then. My case was closed without the refund being finalized, there is no clear email contact for complaints, and attempts to use chat support often end without resolution. I have repeatedly been told that the device is being transferred internally, but that does not help when waiting for a refund. Overall, this experience has left me feeling drained and unsupported as a customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing directly from the company, as resolving issues and obtaining refunds has proven to be far more challenging than anticipated.

Regret Not Reading Reviews Before Ordering

I deeply regret not reading reviews before placing my order. I bought a laptop for my son to use at college, and within three weeks it stopped working. I had paid for premium support, but they were unable to resolve the issue (the screen went black, which I now know is a common problem). I wanted to return it and exchanged multiple emails with customer service, where they refused to accept their own invoice as proof of purchase (I ordered directly from the company’s website). I was asked to review the product, and although my review was factual and polite, it was not posted on their site as it ‘failed to meet moderating requirements’ (i.e., I rated it one star). The battle to return the laptop is still ongoing. I was told I would receive return instructions within three business days. Two weeks later, after sending three follow-up emails, I received no response. I called them, and someone finally provided the return label, but I was told not to expect my money back anytime soon, with a minimum estimate of two weeks. I can’t afford to buy a replacement until I get my money back, so my son has been without a functioning laptop for months.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

Terrible customer service. I had to chase for three months just to get a returns label for a faulty laptop. I wasted hours on the phone with staff who couldn't assist and never called back when they said they would. After finally returning the product, no refund was processed, forcing me to use the section 75 chargeback scheme to get my money back! Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

A Month of Deception and Frustration

If I could, I would give zero stars. I ordered a laptop on November 17, which was supposed to be delivered within a few days. However, I received an email stating there was a delay, and it would arrive next week. A week later, the parcel was on its way, but UPS damaged it and stopped the delivery. I contacted them for a replacement, and was told it would take 3-5 days to ship. The next day, UPS attempted to redeliver the damaged package, so I contacted the company again. They advised me to refuse the delivery. Instead, someone marked it as 'delivery refused' without showing up. This was the start of a long, painful process of contacting the company multiple times for updates. After five days with no email from them, I called again and was told I had to wait for the parcel to return to their warehouse for inspection before sending the replacement. The parcel sat in UPS's warehouse for ten days while customer service provided conflicting information. When it was finally released, I was told I would need to wait another two days for the replacement to be issued. After almost a month, I received an email stating they were out of stock of that product and would refund me. I had been misled throughout the month. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
