I deeply regret not reading reviews before placing my order. I bought a laptop for my son to use at college, and within three weeks it stopped working. I had paid for premium support, but they were unable to resolve the issue (the screen went black, which I now know is a common problem). I wanted to return it and exchanged multiple emails with customer service, where they refused to accept their own invoice as proof of purchase (I ordered directly from the company’s website). I was asked to review the product, and although my review was factual and polite, it was not posted on their site as it ‘failed to meet moderating requirements’ (i.e., I rated it one star). The battle to return the laptop is still ongoing. I was told I would receive return instructions within three business days. Two weeks later, after sending three follow-up emails, I received no response. I called them, and someone finally provided the return label, but I was told not to expect my money back anytime soon, with a minimum estimate of two weeks. I can’t afford to buy a replacement until I get my money back, so my son has been without a functioning laptop for months.
