If I could, I would give zero stars. I ordered a laptop on November 17, which was supposed to be delivered within a few days. However, I received an email stating there was a delay, and it would arrive next week. A week later, the parcel was on its way, but UPS damaged it and stopped the delivery. I contacted them for a replacement, and was told it would take 3-5 days to ship. The next day, UPS attempted to redeliver the damaged package, so I contacted the company again. They advised me to refuse the delivery. Instead, someone marked it as 'delivery refused' without showing up. This was the start of a long, painful process of contacting the company multiple times for updates. After five days with no email from them, I called again and was told I had to wait for the parcel to return to their warehouse for inspection before sending the replacement. The parcel sat in UPS's warehouse for ten days while customer service provided conflicting information. When it was finally released, I was told I would need to wait another two days for the replacement to be issued. After almost a month, I received an email stating they were out of stock of that product and would refund me. I had been misled throughout the month. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
