Ordered Lenovo Yoga 7i, 2 in1. 32 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage. They delivered a peice of crap. The laptop was slight glitching at the beginning I was a bit uneasy about it but thought ok might be the graphic. Then it later started having aound problems, cursor problem was from the beginning, I couldn't even edit a normal picture in photoshop. Finally started to take action since the laptop was useless at that point (still in the period of 2 years grantie. I called, emailed everyday. Half the time the customer service don't understand you or you can't understand them because of their Russian or Indian accents. And half the time they wanted to shut me up and decline my ticket saying I don't have any right in this. Finally one of them said, send it to technicians and when you get the protocol that proves it had a problem and guess what, I found out that even the screen was damaged, the cursor harware was damaged and battery was damaged too. And once I reported that after the reapir it's still not working, I told them that I have lost my trust on this brand their shitty devices but they ghosted me from November 2025 till now January 2026. I reported first time on 07.2025 but yea. Now I'm sending emails everyday and no answer yet. Seems like I have to throught legal procedures and Verbraucherzentrale.
