Ordered Lenovo Yoga 7i, 2 in1. 32 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage. They delivered a peice of crap. The laptop was slight glitching at the beginning I was a bit uneasy about it but thought ok might be the graphic. Then it later started having aound problems, cursor problem was from the beginning, I couldn't even edit a normal picture in photoshop. Finally started to take action since the laptop was useless at that point (still in the period of 2 years grantie. I called, emailed everyday. Half the time the customer service don't understand you or you can't understand them because of their Russian or Indian accents. And half the time they wanted to shut me up and decline my ticket saying I don't have any right in this. Finally one of them said, send it to technicians and when you get the protocol that proves it had a problem and guess what, I found out that even the screen was damaged, the cursor harware was damaged and battery was damaged too. And once I reported that after the reapir it's still not working, I told them that I have lost my trust on this brand their shitty devices but they ghosted me from November 2025 till now January 2026. I reported first time on 07.2025 but yea. Now I'm sending emails everyday and no answer yet. Seems like I have to throught legal procedures and Verbraucherzentrale.

After realizing the laptop was essentially useless (still under the two-year warranty), I reached out to the support team daily. However, communication was frustrating, as many representatives struggled to understand me due to strong accents, and some dismissed my concerns outright. Eventually, I was told to send it for repairs, where it was revealed that the screen, cursor hardware, and battery were all damaged. After the repair, the laptop still didn't work, and when I expressed my loss of trust in the brand, they stopped responding. I initially reported the issue in July 2025, and as of January 2026, I’m still waiting for answers. It seems I may need to pursue legal action.
I bought my chrome book 10 months ago and it is completely dead. There is nothing wrong with the charger as my son has the same chrome book and it charges his. I have gone on your website and entered the product and serial number which apparently is not recognised. I have probably lost all my data which includes a rather serious re Minar court case documents. Your virtual chat assistant just keeps repeating herself telling me where to find the serial number although it is not recognised. I have emailed you three times, I have filled in contact forms and heard nothing back.Do I go to the ombudsman now or are you going to help me with this. Preferably a human who doesn’t repeat herself incessantly.I have been in touch with EE who I initially bought it from and they said it’s your responsibility, they are just a middleman selling your products. I wish I’d looked at trust pilot before purchasing this piece sh!te
I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 9i and the Pro Mouse, spending a total of $2400 with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.The mouse, a simple accessory, was delayed by over a month. I called Lenovo customer service daily, hoping for a solution, but received little more than scripted responses and empty promises. When I asked for a refund due to the excessive delay and poor service, I was told to wait again, and I still haven’t seen that refund.To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was dismissed outright. No courtesy gestures. A premium price should come with premium service. Sadly, Lenovo missed the mark completely. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their customer service or order fulfillment. Buyer bewareUpdate: I asked for a refund for the mouse a month ago, still haven't received it. Never received my mouse nor my refund. I've called every week and sometimes everyday for the past 2 months only to be told to wait 5-7 business days. Incredibly incompetent
Absolutely incapable customer service. Bought an expensive gaming laptop but it arrived faulty and they refuse to replace or refund it. The laptop doesn't work at all. Been going in circles with the customer service for months, they're just a bunch of brainless bots. What a joke. Will never buy anything from this piece of shit company again.
