I bought my chrome book 10 months ago and it is completely dead. There is nothing wrong with the charger as my son has the same chrome book and it charges his. I have gone on your website and entered the product and serial number which apparently is not recognised. I have probably lost all my data which includes a rather serious re Minar court case documents. Your virtual chat assistant just keeps repeating herself telling me where to find the serial number although it is not recognised. I have emailed you three times, I have filled in contact forms and heard nothing back.Do I go to the ombudsman now or are you going to help me with this. Preferably a human who doesn’t repeat herself incessantly.I have been in touch with EE who I initially bought it from and they said it’s your responsibility, they are just a middleman selling your products. I wish I’d looked at trust pilot before purchasing this piece sh!te
