Lousy warranty support

Lousy warranty support. I bought a Lenovo Ideacentre computer several months ago. The camera, which I use to do tutoring over Zoom, has stopped working properly. I called Lenovo support and, after spending an hour on the phone with a technician, was told it was a hardware issue and that I would have to ship the computer to their repair facility in Houston, with repairs to be done within 30 days. This is my livelihood and I cannot be without the computer for 30 days. I asked them to send a technician to my home and they refused. I asked them to ship me a new computer or a loaner for the time they had mine and they refused. The warranty is WORTHLESS!!!
