I ordered a 2-in-1 laptop with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. Initially, there were minor glitches that made me uneasy, but I thought it might just be a graphics issue. Unfortunately, it soon developed more significant problems, including cursor issues that made basic tasks like editing photos in software impossible. After realizing the laptop was essentially useless (still under the two-year warranty), I reached out to the support team daily. However, communication was frustrating, as many representatives struggled to understand me due to strong accents, and some dismissed my concerns outright. Eventually, I was told to send it for repairs, where it was revealed that the screen, cursor hardware, and battery were all damaged. After the repair, the laptop still didn't work, and when I expressed my loss of trust in the brand, they stopped responding. I initially reported the issue in July 2025, and as of January 2026, I’m still waiting for answers. It seems I may need to pursue legal action.
