I ordered a phone. I received an email the next day telling me there was a delay and that I could cancel the order if I wanted. There was no mention of how long the delay would be, so I cancelled the order and ordered the phone from another site. 12 hours later I received an email to say the phone had been shipped. I requested a return immediately and was sent a label to attach to the box to return it. I posted the phone with the label attached as soon as it arrived. The phone was delivered to the Dublin warehouse and that's where the trail went dead. I am still waiting for my refund over 9 weeks later. From Dublin the phone had to be delivered to the main warehouse in the Netherlands. It took five weeks to get there. It took so long I suspect it was delivered on foot. Three weeks ago, I was told the phone was in the Netherlands and my refund would be issued in 7-10 working days. I was told this morning, that it had been scanned into the system last week and the refund would take another 5-7 days after that.This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. And it all started with an email informing me that there was a delay with my order, when there was really no delay at all.The email address for complaints is a black hole. I don’t think it's monitored. The online chat takes forever. The only way of getting any information from them at all is to phone them. Even then, I have no confidence that I am getting accurate information.
