ThinkPad failing but can't get any support. Logged a ticket about a month ago and it's showing as 'Customer Action' - but I've not heard anything about me needing to take any action. Support opening times on their web site are inconsistent, no email address, WhatsApp is just a generic automated response system, phone response is "we're not open - it's a public holiday" (it's not). Very poor service. Although I now see an email address on this Trustpilot page... I might try that and see how far I get.
