Lenovo in Ireland contracts out to Digital River (“DR”), which is an abhorrent, despicable company.DR took my money but never delivered my order. It’s been 3 months. I wish I read the other reviews before placing my order, as this seems to be common practise for Lenovo/DR in Ireland. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS.I have followed up DOZENS of times. Each time you get a canned, run-around response that their "dedicated team is actively working to provide a solution.” It’s copied & pasted from different members of their so called Customer Service team. I have already filed a complaint with the CCPC and have just filed today with the Small Claims court in Dublin Metropolitan District.While the monetary value of my purchased goods was relatively small, I will spend whatever money it takes on legal/court fees to see that they are held accountable.
