I filled out the paperwork online, including my prescription and paid. They sent a box which I mailed back on. Nov18. I didn’t hear from them for a week so wrote them. They replied that they received my frames but not the prescription. I emailed the prescription again. Another week and I heard nothing. Wrote again and they responded they received it. With many times going back and forth, I finally received my sunglasses a month later. Customer service responded but only when I initiated an inquiry. I do like the lenses but thought they should have been emailing that they didn’t receive the prescription and the progress that was being made. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would still be waiting.
