I should have read these reviews before ordering. I returned a pair of glasses and they wouldn’t refund the shipping that I paid for initially. I ended up paying $9.99 to ship, $5.90 to return, plus another $9.99 they took out of my refund. Customer service was kind enough to repeat what their policy states online (mind you not on the paperwork included with the glasses): Shipping and HandlingThe cost of shipping a product to you is collected by USPS. If they won't refund that cost, neither will we.
