Very disappointing experience at Lenskart. I booked an appointment for a free eye check-up, but the staff first said they will only check if I already have a previous prescription.
After I showed my old prescription, they did a basic machine check but did not follow the proper 12-step eye test process as advertised. They also did not provide my eye power in written form and refused, saying it is company policy.
This is misleading because Lenskart promotes "free eye check-up" but does not clearly explain the conditions. Customers expect a proper test and prescription, not just a formality check.
Very unprofessional and not transparent. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their customer handling and clarity.
