One of the lenses of my glasses had broken and fallen out, and the frame had become slightly bent. I visited the Lenskart showroom to get the lens replaced. I specifically confirmed with the staff whether the frame would be properly fixed as well. They assured me that after the new lens was fitted, when I came to collect the glasses, they would adjust the frame according to my fitting and make it fine.
However, when I went to receive my glasses, the frame was not fixed at all. Instead, I was told that this part was damaged and that part was damaged. This was never clearly communicated to me earlier, and I was given assurance that everything would be adjusted properly.
I am quite disappointed with the service. If the frame could not be properly fixed, I should have been informed clearly in advance. Customers deserve honest information and proper guidance.
Poorest delivery experience. I spent 4K+ still I haven’t received my order yet never buy from them. World’s poorest experience. Better to buy from titan. Also the customer experience is poorest as they charge you the maximum even if you tell them your budget.
Ridiculous service, business Infidelity, cheating business policies by LensKart. Do not waste money on Lenskart. This is just a hyped service.
I bought pair of specs in September 25 with John Jacob Frame and Owndays glass from Dattanagar outlet in Bharati Vidhyapeet Pune . I had also purchased gold max pro subscription as they convinced me this will help you to get the free upgrade when there is addition in number. It costed around 15000 plus to me.
When I got the delivery I was not comfortable with the vision using that spec. It was blurring out the intermediate view which is quite often and important being worked on Laptop continually. I reached out to store and they got convinced to create a exchange request.
I got another spec but the problem even worsened. Again within return period I reached out to store with the complaint.
After long discussion they created another exchange request as a quality issue. The executive said the replacement will not happen further. I got the spec third time and there was no little difference as compared to previous quality. I got fade up with the quality and frequent to and from store. I got depressed and I am not able to use spec continually.
In Feb 26 when I reached out to a home service agent they visited my home and they verified all my desk positions and they took the measurements and verified the spec. They found the measurements taken earlier in the store was incorrect thats why I had been facing the problem. They created the exchange request and got approval but they were asking me to pay INR 2000 more. When I asked I got to know shocking business policies by LensKart.
At the latest exchange request they changed my glass from wide to wider as they had discontinued wide glass due to business decision. Now they are saying we have already given you wider corridor glass which was not my ask, I just wanted my vision problem to resolve. The frame I had choosen earlier is also not available and I have to compromise on frame. The new frame I selected is INR 900 costlier than one I own. And the shocking part of it is the terms they told for Gold Max Pro earlier the 2 upgrades when eyesight change in future are already exhausted for exchanges they gave for their quality and measurement issue. I lost my INR 15000 without getting my concerns addressed and again I have to pay more to get the spec with corrected measurements which was their mistake. This is just a trap and Lemnskart is looting people getting them into their trap. Worst business strategy I saw till now.
This service is the most frustrating I’ve encountered. They offer eyewear at an outrageous price with poor quality. I expected better for the cost, but I can easily find similar items elsewhere for much less. Additionally, they impose extra charges for in-store visits. It's advisable to check in-store and purchase online instead.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The staff at their location in Mumbai were not helpful, and they don’t provide eye testing for anyone under 18. My 15-year-old son spent an hour choosing two pairs of glasses, only to be told they don’t offer eye testing. It felt like a complete waste of time. This service is losing potential customers due to their unreasonable rules and poor staff behavior. I will not be returning as a customer, and considering our family has four members who wear glasses, this frustrating experience means they have lost our business.
I purchased my glasses from a well-known service, having heard a lot about it, so my mother and I decided to visit. A male staff member attended to us, but his communication was unprofessional, with a dismissive attitude. He seemed uninterested in helping us choose frames. After that, a female staff member checked my eyes and suggested I needed a re-evaluation, which my mother agreed to. It turned out my prescription had indeed changed. We placed an order, but on the delivery day, the same lady took my phone and left a series of overly positive reviews on my behalf, as if they were from a customer. After a day at home, I noticed a significant scratch on the lenses, and now, after just four months, there are numerous scratches and the frame has become loose. Overall, the quality is disappointing, akin to a disposable item.
I strongly advise against buying contact lenses here. They do not provide service for transferring store credit to other brands available on the app, making it feel like a scam, especially with Aqualens. The quality is subpar, and I received the wrong base curve lenses multiple times, leading to my order being returned four times. Now, my refund has not been processed. The online app and physical store operate as separate entities, causing confusion. They also have discrepancies in their listings; for instance, the app states an 8.6 BC, yet they claim I ordered an 8.5, which adds to the frustration. Overall, the service is very disappointing.
I am very disappointed with the service provided and the way this issue has been managed. I ordered eyewear after a home eye-check visit, based on the confident assurance from the agent that the frame would fit perfectly. After making the payment, I received glasses that were clearly oversized and unusable. When I sought assistance at the store, I was informed that fixing the issue would cost around ₹6,000 and was advised to place a new order online instead. This is unacceptable, especially since I had already paid extra for blue light and thin lens options. Why should I incur additional costs due to incorrect guidance from the company’s own representative? To make matters worse, the return process is not functioning at all. I have attempted multiple times to return the item, but the system does not allow it. The return deadline is approaching, and customer support has not been helpful thus far. As a Gold member, this experience feels misleading and unfair. This is not how a company should treat its premium customers. It seems like customers are being encouraged to spend more rather than receiving support when issues arise. I strongly urge the company to: Enable the return immediately Process a full refund Take responsibility for the incorrect advice given by their representative. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this experience to others.
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at the store, despite being a Prime member. I went in to exchange my glasses, but the same model wasn’t available, which I understood. I then asked if they could just replace the lenses using my existing frame, a request I thought was reasonable. However, the staff took my frame with the lenses and only returned the clip-on lenses. When I placed them carefully in the box, they later demanded the box back. I explained that I needed it to transport the clip-on lenses safely, as they could break without it. The staff's response was shocking; they claimed they had no box and that the frame would be sent without protection, stating that if it broke during transport, it was not their responsibility. I was astounded by this reaction. How can a well-known brand fail to provide a basic protective box? It’s completely unacceptable to ask customers to risk damage and deny accountability. This poor experience and unprofessional conduct have led my wife to decide against purchasing glasses from the company in the future. This was a frustrating and disappointing encounter, especially for a Prime member. I hope the company takes customer service more seriously and enhances staff training.
Unreliable service with deceptive practices. Takes orders and pressures customers into memberships, then fails to deliver the product. Claims to have tried to contact me, but that's not true. No one reaches out, and they don’t provide shipping information. They offer a refund for the product but not for the membership.
