After a good experience from earlier last year, we have decided to get a pair of reading glasses as a christmas present for my father in law. All seemed well, glasses have arrived in December, about a week after we have posted them to Lensolog. However, on Christmas Day we have found out the prescription was completely wrong! We have phoned Lensology and the man on the phone has confirmed a mistake has happened. He said they would send new packaging next day, we should send the glasses back and they woul give them the highest priority. We thought ok mistakes can happen and have done what the man on the phone said. Weeks went by and still no glasses back. We have asked for them but instead were asked to send them a photo of our frames??? We have done that and heard nothing again. We have been messaging, e-mailing a phoning since only to be told they are looking for the frames??? Its 19th of February and we dont have what we paid for, we dont have our frames and we dont have any money back. Lensology does not seem to be dealing with anything.
We are completely shocked ! Dont trust this company with your order, your money or your frames!!! To this day we dont know what happened to our special frames. Did they get lost? Broken? Did somebody decide to steal them?
