This is my 3rd time using Lensology and once again I am pleased with the service and glasses I received. My prescription is quite complex due to astigmatism, but I couldn't be more happy with my new glasses.

I bought some Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer camera glasses for a treat, and they are so much fun, BUT I need prescription glasses, so I decided to order some replacement lenses from these guys. I decided to get decent quality and non-scratch, etc., so they cost me about £50. The lenses arrived quickly and well-packed. There is a video on the Lensology website about replacing lenses that helped me so much, since I was scared I might break something. The end result: I am very happy, and now I wear the glasses full-time when I am out, with distance prescription lenses. Another feature of the Ray-Ban Meta is that I can listen to music through the glasses too! I would recommend Lensology and will be using them again.
Forgot to say - I had several bad experiences with other companies and one of them cancelled my order for new glasses after two weeks so it is a relief to find somewhere like Lensology as an alternative to the main suppliers like Specsavers etc.
After a good experience from earlier last year, we have decided to get a pair of reading glasses as a christmas present for my father in law. All seemed well, glasses have arrived in December, about a week after we have posted them to Lensolog. However, on Christmas Day we have found out the prescription was completely wrong! We have phoned Lensology and the man on the phone has confirmed a mistake has happened. He said they would send new packaging next day, we should send the glasses back and they woul give them the highest priority. We thought ok mistakes can happen and have done what the man on the phone said. Weeks went by and still no glasses back. We have asked for them but instead were asked to send them a photo of our frames??? We have done that and heard nothing again. We have been messaging, e-mailing a phoning since only to be told they are looking for the frames??? Its 19th of February and we dont have what we paid for, we dont have our frames and we dont have any money back. Lensology does not seem to be dealing with anything.
We are completely shocked ! Dont trust this company with your order, your money or your frames!!! To this day we dont know what happened to our special frames. Did they get lost? Broken? Did somebody decide to steal them?

A great company offering lens solution at a guaranteed cheaper pricer than the highstreet or your opticians. Delivery was relatively quick and everything was as expected. Sending your glasses and prescription couldn’t be any easier. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to swap out the lenses in their new/existing frames.
I was delighted to discover that there was a company offering a service that reglazed your frames for you. The process of setting up the order was nice and easy and the instructions for measuring your pupillary distance were clear. You can self-send or request a package and label to be sent out to you to send your frames in the post. The comms are excellent, it was a relief to receive an email to say that my frames had been received by Lensology followed by one to keep me updated with progress and then when the new specs had been dispatched. The whole process was all turned around very quickly - Thank-you!

I had my cherished old frames converted into sunglasses with my new prescription, and the result is excellent. I waited for a sunny day to take them for a drive in low sunlight before writing this review. My previous prescription sunglasses from a well-known optician were frustrating, as they made screens appear blurry, but these are amazing. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of reglazing.
Outstanding service! The level of professionalism was remarkable and went beyond what I expected. I sent my old sunglasses to the company, requesting a lens replacement with clear ones. I received my new glasses in about two weeks after sending off my frames. I opted for the ultimate varifocals with a transition lens, and I found similar options on the high street for over twice the price. I trust this service because they use a photo to measure pupil distances, which is essential for varifocals, and I’m not aware of any other online retailer that offers this.
