I had a very disappointing experience with this lens store. The customer service was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue properly. I had problems with my delivery, and even after contacting customer service twice and giving them opportunities to fix the situation, the problem still wasn’t resolved.
Overall, the communication and support were poor, and the situation could have been handled much better. I expected a lot more in terms of service and reliability. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
