Using it a couple of months, after my last subscription charge, on March 22 I decided I no longer needed it so I submitted the cancelation request, I received an email confirming the received my cancelation request with the date it would be effective and that my plan would be switched back to the free plan, which was supposed to happen today 04/14 but this morning I got billed again.
