I've been attempting to contact the management since Sunday about a form I need to complete. I've spoken with the staff several times since checking out on Saturday at 10 AM. There was a notice in the room regarding items left behind, but it appears no one is handling the situation. I'm disappointed with the lack of help in retrieving my daughter's belongings left in the shower room. This experience has been quite frustrating.
