I've been trying to reach the management since Sunday about a form I need to fill out. I've spoken with the staff multiple times since checkout on Saturday at 10 AM. There was a notice in the room about items left behind, but it seems no one is addressing the situation. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance in retrieving my daughter's belongings left in the shower room. The experience has been quite frustrating.

While my stay was booked through a company at a reduced rate of £269 per night, I expected a better experience. The hotel is conveniently located for the ACC, but my room was not up to par compared to another location I stayed at recently. The supposed superior room was small and lacked wardrobe space. Unlike the other hotel, there was no coffee machine and the shower had black mould. A window that should only open slightly was broken, posing safety concerns. I had to remind staff to clean our room, and the towels were subpar. The bar and reception areas were cramped. However, the food was excellent, which is the only reason I rated it 2 stars instead of 1.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room given the price; it was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast offered a good variety, with food being replenished frequently. The reception and bar staff were courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend a city stay with this hotel.
I had a disappointing experience with the staff at the reception. They accused me of not paying for breakfast, which was included with my room, without asking first. This lack of customer service from front-of-house staff was quite shocking, especially in a hotel of this caliber.
I needed to change my booking via email, but encountered five different customer service representatives who either couldn't understand English or were unhelpful. It has been a frustrating experience, and my issue remains unresolved.
The room was fantastic, featuring USB-C and USB-A charging ports, and plenty of space for personal items. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. However, the bathroom ventilation was inadequate, making it stuffy after a shower. There was no way to open a window, and the small ventilation feature did little to help. When I mentioned this to the staff, I learned that the bathroom light also activated the towel heater, which was an unexpected issue.
The beds in this hotel were clean and comfortable, which was a positive. However, the staff were a mix of friendly and rude, and the food quality was poor, often served cold or burnt. I also noticed hygiene issues with dirty utensils and plates. The only decent items were desserts from a catering company. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, and I found it hard to fault. It's just a 5-minute walk from the airport, making it very convenient. The rooms accommodate three adults, which is a plus. However, the hot chocolate from the bar was disappointing as it tasted like hot water. Despite this, I had a good stay, and the staff were helpful in retrieving my left-behind iPad.
