Since they didn’t respond to my message, I'm sharing my experience widely. I attended the Christmas illuminated trail on December 20, 2025, and it was a complete disappointment. I felt the experience was poorly designed and not enjoyable at all. The price was outrageous, and it felt more like a dull walk than a festive trail. The decorations were lackluster, and I felt misled about the quality of the experience. Additionally, the staff's service was unacceptable. I expect a prompt response to discuss these issues further, as they need to be addressed.
