Our Fabulous e-BikesWe purchased 2 NCM e- bikes a Milano for me, and a Moscow for Mike, the bikes where delivered in excellent time (about 5 working days) they came of course via Leon Cycles UK distribution. We received a phone call to say the delivery company was outside the house, fortunately I was less than 5 mins away at the local shops, so flew round to meet delivery person.We unpacked bikes that evening, put them together with relative ease, now my bike had a faulty front light and a little scratch on the parcel carrier (unnoticeable really) but Leon Cycles immediately made arrangements for a new light to be shipped to us, and a £20.00 refund for the scratch, we where more than happy with that, dealt with Laura at Leon who's customer service we both felt was outstanding across the board. Communication was swift, usually by return and kept informed throughout.Been out on the bikes 3 times since we have had them, and can honestly say we are delighted with the bikes and there performance, would not hesitate to recommend NCM e-bikes and also Leon Cycles UK, who have been very approachable and very helpful.
