I acquired a bike nearly four years ago and have encountered no issues with it, so I handed it down to my son and treated myself to a new model a month ago. Both times, the value I received for my money has truly exceeded my expectations.
I was scheduled for an interview, but the interviewer did not show up. If this is their treatment of potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat customers. I waited patiently, considering they might have been delayed. I received a LinkedIn message later asking if I was joining, and though I was in the correct meeting, I was met with silence after multiple attempts to reconnect. Eventually, I received an automated cancellation notice after waiting for 20 minutes. I reached out again via email and LinkedIn, but was left without any response.
If I could give this company a negative rating, I would! I've never experienced such poor service. I purchased two bikes, one of which was defective and was completely ignored. After many attempts to communicate, I finally received a message about a collection that never happened. Now I’m left in the dark about the bike's whereabouts. I urge others to think twice before dealing with this company.
I bought a bike earlier this year; while it was initially satisfactory, I soon faced issues with the battery and other electronics. The lack of communication from the company has been frustrating, and the warranty process seems designed to evade responsibility. I’ve had to consider escalating this matter with my bank and possibly legal action.
