As I try to restart the return process that has been so exasperating, I'm quite upset. I just want to return two items that are still in the shipment box, and it's a hassle. They are unopened, yet I still need to take a photo. Uploading it is a challenge. I never seem to succeed. My schedule is full, and I have to suppress my irritation. I guess I will have to attempt again another day. Grrr.
