Review Time
This is the first toy, mat or bed of any kind that my cats have paid attention to in several years. One of my two girls has taken to this mat so quickly and she spends time playing and laying in it multiple times a day. It’s the perfect material for her claws and also safe to bite. Being able to rearrange the shape of the mat makes it even better and keeps her even more intrigued. I can’t recommend this mat enough!!
As I try to restart the return process that has been so exasperating, I'm quite upset. I just want to return two items that are still in the shipment box, and it's a hassle. They are unopened, yet I still need to take a photo. Uploading it is a challenge. I never seem to succeed. My schedule is full, and I have to suppress my irritation. I guess I will have to attempt again another day. Grrr.

I did not receive an order confirmation email after making my purchase. I only got the order number after I followed up. Ten days later, there's no indication that my order has been shipped. My emails remain unanswered. I've also filed a complaint with the publication that recommended the cat toy. Really unsatisfactory service.
I ordered elevated bowls because my cats have been throwing up frequently. On the first day of using these bowls and switching their food to a sensitive formula, there was only one incident! I'm so grateful to have found this platform! They delivered quickly, the packaging was excellent, and my kitties are happy! Thank you once again!
