We bought the "Interactive Bird Simulation Cat Toy". The product is fine. Our cat isn't a big fan, but that's normal cat behaviour. My problem with the website is that it's just a dropshipper: the package came directly from China. For me, this fact is not sufficiently communicated and I find that dishonest. I have significant ethical and environmental concerns about dropshipping - and I would not have bought from this company had I been aware. The company's website boasts it's American and European connections with only one small indication on it's "Help Center" that they "primarily ship out packages from our fulfillment centers in the United States, Northern Europe and Asia". As a customer based in Europe, I innocently presumed my order would come from Northern Europe. If you want cheap Chinese stuff (I don't), you could find it much cheaper than here.
