I placed my order on 26 November, with a promised delivery date of 3 December. Now, well past that date, I still haven’t received my order. Starting from 4 December, I reached out via calls and emails, but received no replies. When I finally got through, I was assured delivery for 5 December, and arranged for someone to be home, but nothing arrived. I explained that this machine was urgently needed for customer orders, but instead, I am left waiting, unable to fulfill my commitments. The lack of communication, false promises, and misinformation have caused significant inconvenience and stress. I am deeply disappointed with the service.
