I ordered a standby battery and after a long wait, I received the wrong item, which is useless to me. Only after my inquiry did I learn they sent a different battery without consulting me. Now, I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a courier to pick it up for a refund, and I have received no replies to my emails. I do not recommend this service.
