I purchased a stove online on April 30th, which was delivered on May 2nd. Initially, everything seemed fine until I inspected the product and found it to be of poor quality. I requested a return, but that’s when the problems started: I was informed of unexpected deductions for the return, and after multiple reminders, they only collected the stove nearly two weeks later. Despite assurances, my refund still hasn’t been processed. This entire ordeal has been stressful and costly. I regret not choosing a more reliable retailer.
