More than two weeks ago we ordered tiles that should have been delivered by Monday the 21st. When I called, your team said there had been a problem with the delivery and eventually confirmed that they would be delivered on the 24th. The next morning, I got an email saying the order was cancelled. I have not received any refund for the R5k+ that was paid to you three weeks ago and you have failed to deliver any product or service. The Consumer Protection Act also allows me to claim interest on these funds for the time they have been held. Promises that a Manager would call me have not been fulfilled. Your service is appalling.
