Leroy Merlin Granada – extremely disappointing after-sales service.I purchased a Nilfisk Premium pressure washer from Leroy Merlin less than a year ago. After only around 8 months of normal domestic use, the trigger gun developed a leak at the internal joint.What should have been a simple warranty process has turned into an unnecessarily slow and frustrating experience.I reported the fault and even offered to bring the part directly to the store for inspection, which would have been the quickest and simplest solution. Instead, I have been pushed between Leroy Merlin and the manufacturer while their internal processes drag on.More than a week later, the machine is still unusable and no inspection has been arranged.Under Spanish consumer law, defective products must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer.Unfortunately, that is not what I have experienced here.This is particularly disappointing given that I have spent many thousands of euros in this store over the last year while renovating my home. When something finally goes wrong with a product, the support simply is not there.A premium product should not fail after a few months, and a retailer of this size should be able to organise a simple warranty inspection much faster than this.At this point I am still waiting for the technical service to even contact me.If you are considering buying expensive equipment from Leroy Merlin, just be aware that the real test is not when things work — it's when something goes wrong.
