I bought a lithium battery and 3 weeks later it stopped working I took it back to the store where a member of staff tested it to see if it was faulty which it was,he then told me I can't get a replacement because the person in charge was not working and for me to come back the following day,so I went back and was told to go to the other store about 300 metres away to get a replacement when I got to the store I was told that they have to send it off to be tested I told them that I was informed that I will be getting a replacement there and then and the staff member told me no it has to be sent off so I have to wait for a replacement in the meantime I have no power as I'm off grid,the staff are useless and rude and I will be buying my equipment either online or from another store.

Avoid Leroy Merlin Granada.What should have been a straightforward warranty claim on an 8-month-old product turned into over two weeks of misinformation, delays, and incompetence. My husband told the item wasn’t under warranty, then told to deal with the manufacturer myself (which is not how Spanish consumer law works), and after all that, they finally sent… the wrong part.My husband went into the store to resolve it face-to-face. There was a simple solution available — replace it with the unit on display — but staff refused. The store manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. First I was told he wasn’t there, then suddenly he was “eating” and unavailable. That tells you everything about how customer issues are treated.Then it got worse.As he left the store with the exact same item I brought in, a security guard followed me outside, accused me of taking it, and despite me clearly showing the product and receipt, he physically pushed me on the shoulder. This is especially serious as it’s a shoulder I’ve been receiving hospital treatment for. His behaviour was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely out of line. Only when I reacted did he back off and walk away.I have since been to the police station and will be filing a formal complaint.This isn’t just bad service — it’s a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and basic respect. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping at this store.
I bought a Ariston gas boiler and had it installed by an engineer. It then would only heat up for 3 minutes then run cold. I contacted Leroy merlin who asked for an engineers report, which i provided. Then they said nothing to do with them, contact Ariston. So i Contacted Ariston and they said bebacuse it wasn't installed by an Ariston engineer it dont have a waranty. The product is faulty, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!
Leroy Merlin Granada – extremely disappointing after-sales service.I purchased a Nilfisk Premium pressure washer from Leroy Merlin less than a year ago. After only around 8 months of normal domestic use, the trigger gun developed a leak at the internal joint.What should have been a simple warranty process has turned into an unnecessarily slow and frustrating experience.I reported the fault and even offered to bring the part directly to the store for inspection, which would have been the quickest and simplest solution. Instead, I have been pushed between Leroy Merlin and the manufacturer while their internal processes drag on.More than a week later, the machine is still unusable and no inspection has been arranged.Under Spanish consumer law, defective products must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer.Unfortunately, that is not what I have experienced here.This is particularly disappointing given that I have spent many thousands of euros in this store over the last year while renovating my home. When something finally goes wrong with a product, the support simply is not there.A premium product should not fail after a few months, and a retailer of this size should be able to organise a simple warranty inspection much faster than this.At this point I am still waiting for the technical service to even contact me.If you are considering buying expensive equipment from Leroy Merlin, just be aware that the real test is not when things work — it's when something goes wrong.
Succesful escalatie of nr 3812389First recommandation at at telehone helpdesk!First question : nr 1 , for English press one!And change your attitude at the entrance of the return area of the shops!There are " customer complaint forms " available.Customers are not always " complaning " and wining!Customers bring in your revenues!Name it " Customer communication " ‐-------‐‐----‐----‐-------‐------‐‐‐---‐---March 1st.Visited LM Murcia Sur a few days ago.They had escalated my case .The workers at LM were very helpfully.I received from an English speaking member his direct phone number for assistance 👍Btw , also at the locaties of Almeria and Huelva were helpfully.I received an email from thee helpdesk that my Genergybox had been repaired and I can pick it up at Murcia Sur.
Very bad service I been in the wood area waiting for more than 40mn Was just one person there and working very slow don't care about people Very bad service It even hurt my heart to hear some European customers speaking badly about Spain.Shame ,0 stars
