Three weeks ago, I paid for a survey to have a new door fitted. Leroy eventually contacted me with an appointment day and time a week later. The surveyor did not arrive. I have attempted to resolve the issue on a daily basis ever since. Leroy merlin customer services do not return messages. I have just recieved an email stating that they have cancelled my order and that I should start the process again! No mention of refunding me the survey fee.! I will never order online fromLeroy Merlin ever again. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.! the most incompetent company.
