Ordered and did the payment on 10th. Original delivery date 15th, never arrived. Had to waste several hours with customer service, finally they did a reorder, delivery for 21st. Never arrived. After that Leroy Merlin is not communicating with me at all, just telling me that "it has been escaleted".They've blamed Paack for losing a package.
