We were in Girona, buying stuff and went through the scan and pay. Apparently someone before us had scanned something for the pool, but not payed. So we were a bit surprised it was on our bill. We went to the customerservice to get the money back. But have spent 45 min, being checked, if we were trying to steal something. There is a big difference between people that scan something and leave without paying, and people that pay for something they didn’t buy and ask for a reimbursement!!! The staff at the desk apparently are not authorized to make any decisions, and despite being in a very tourist area nobody speaks anything different then spanish. Then when all checked out, and we were cleared, nobody apologized to us. We returned the whole lot. I’ll absolutely never spend another dime in a LM.
