Had 3 deliveries totalling more than €2500 with delivery costs of €300 .First delivery 32 sheets of plasterboard . Arrived on time but most of the boards had some damage.Second delivery was 17 sq m of wall tiles. They were required on time as I had a tiler waiting to fit them . At 5 pm on day of delivery I received a message saying they are not coming. We call many times to say when are they coming. Can't tell you was the answer.. So we cancelled the order and were assured it was cancelled. Next day I purchased more tiles, this time from obramat ( which is much cheaper by the way). On the drive home we receive a call from the driver Leroy Merlin saying he is at our house . Brilliant I now have two sets of tiles. And he was also rude and wouldn't come to our house but 100m away. So we had to carry 300kg of tiles 100m up the road . All other drivers deliver to our house.Delivery three is 5 doors with frames total cost €1500 . Supposed to be delivered on June 20 . Receive messages saying can't deliver until 23 June. Again have to cancel the carpenter. On the 23 rd receive message at 5pm saying they are not coming. Call and are rudely told to wait and receive them when they come. Woman hangs up call on us . Doors still haven't arrived and no messages or contact to let us know where they are two days later. We explained that we are going away for six weeks on Thursday but basically just told to go away.I have spent thousands at Leroy Merlin renovating my house and finding it beyond belief how they treat their customers. It is a total shambles and the customer service staff are rude beyond belief. I still have many more thousands of euros to spend on the property but I can assure you that not 1 more sent will be spent in that poisonous shop.
