I bought two AC units on the 21st of June. They told me they were in stock and they would call me on the next Monday to fix a date for the installation, of course they never called. When I finally managed to talk to somebody, they told me they were infact NOT in stock, they don't have them at all and cannot estimate when they will.It's absolutely unacceptable and the customer service is a joke.
