I did not receive the item. Over two months later, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted the support team daily, but I only receive the same, often unhelpful, responses. Very disappointing.

Disappointed with customer support

I placed an order due to a promotion, attracted by discounted products. I paid for the order, and everything was in stock at the time. Part of my order was canceled because the items were unavailable when I was to pick them up. Customer support offered no solutions and suggested I reorder without the discount, despite my concerns. This situation has been very unpleasant and has caused me significant trouble.

Avoid purchasing windows here

I bought skylights from the store, and the sales staff were terrible at communication, leaving me in a tough spot. They ignored important questions, forcing me to drive 45 minutes for answers. Only the independent installer was professional. I recommend going directly to the manufacturer instead.
