After an installation in April 2025, we encountered a problem on November 20th when it got cold. The flow rate was only 7, while it should be 21, indicating the system was running at just 30%. Now, on January 13th, despite numerous calls, emails, and visits from engineers diagnosing the same issue, no action has been taken. As we are both in our eighties, this service has been very disappointing.
