After an installation in April 2025, we discovered an issue on November 20th when it became very cold. The flow rate was at 7, while it should be at 21, indicating the system was only operating at 30%. Now, on January 13th, despite multiple calls, emails, and visits from engineers who all identified the same issue, no action has been taken. Being in our eighties, this has been very disappointing.
